I love kettlebells, and this is a good solid tough kettlebell workout that you could follow at home. Kettlebells appeal to me as each exercise is a full body all muscles firing exercise, which means you can do fewer exercises for the same results.
I think that when I return to the real world I want to learn to use and train others with kettlebells. It seems like a great workout that you can do anywhere, and because it works on full body functional movements it should complement Pilates and Yoga. Have any of you tried kettlebells?
